?? Compensation

  • Salary: $70,000 – $100,000

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

?? Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • No evenings or weekends

We work with each team member to build a schedule that supports both clinician success and family needs.

?? What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental needs

  • Support skill development related to daily living, sensory processing, and motor function

  • Collaborate closely with speech therapists, PTs, and childcare staff

  • Educate and partner with families to carry over progress at home

  • Maintain organized documentation and manage caseload effectively

? Qualifications

  • Licensed (or eligible) Occupational Therapist in North Dakota

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Organized, dependable, and adaptable

  • Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset

  • Passion for working with children and families

  • Ability to pass an advanced FBI background check
