Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Grand Forks, ND

?? Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: $70,000 – $100,000

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

?? Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • No evenings. No weekends.

We prioritize flexibility whenever possible while ensuring families receive consistent, high-quality care.

?? What You’ll Do

  • Provide speech and language evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and childcare professionals

  • Build strong relationships with families and caregivers

  • Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team environment

  • Maintain timely documentation and manage caseload effectively

? What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed (or eligible) Speech-Language Pathologist in North Dakota

  • ASHA certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized and able to manage time effectively

  • Team-oriented with a flexible mindset

  • Positive, resilient, and solution-driven

  • Passion for working with children and supporting families

  • Ability to pass an advanced FBI background check
