Salary: $70,000 – $100,000
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
We work with each team member to build a schedule that supports both clinician success and family needs.
?? What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental needs
Support skill development related to daily living, sensory processing, and motor function
Collaborate closely with speech therapists, PTs, and childcare staff
Educate and partner with families to carry over progress at home
Maintain organized documentation and manage caseload effectively
? Qualifications
Licensed (or eligible) Occupational Therapist in North Dakota
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, dependable, and adaptable
Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset
Passion for working with children and families
Ability to pass an advanced FBI background check
